At ITG HOMES LLP, customer satisfaction is a priority. We strive to ensure that all services
provided through our platform meet high standards of quality and professionalism. However, we
understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or cancellation is necessary. This
policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered through the ITG HOMES LLP platform—such as false ceiling, modular
kitchen, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other home improvement services—are custom,
on-site, and service-based. As such, returns are not applicable after service completion.
2. Booking Cancellation Policy
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for
a full refund (if advance was paid).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may result in a partial refund
or no refund, depending on vendor policy and incurred material/labor cost.
b. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
• If a service provider cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any
amount paid.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
• Service not delivered: If the booked service was not started or completed due to
vendor unavailability or scheduling failure.
• Service quality issue: Verified complaints reported within 72 hours of service delivery
may be eligible for partial refunds after review.
• Advance material payment: If materials were purchased but work was canceled, only
unused, returnable material costs (after deductions) may be refunded.
4. Refund Process
• To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@itghomes.com or via
in-app support within 72 hours of the service.
• Please provide your booking ID, service date, and reason for refund.• Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working
days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Change of mind after service execution
• Delay caused by client unavailability or site issues
• Misuse, damage, or alteration of delivered materials
• Dissatisfaction without evidence or without giving the vendor a chance to resolve the
issue
6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Services involving custom products (e.g., modular kitchen components, custom false ceiling
panels, made-to-order furniture) are non-refundable once production or installation has
started.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding refund eligibility, ITG HOMES LLP will act as a neutral mediator.
Final resolution will be made in good faith based on documented evidence, service records, and
communication history.
