1. Services Overview
ITG HOMES LLP offers a digital platform that facilitates connections between customers and verified service
professionals ("Service Providers" or "Vendors") for:
- Interior design solutions
- False ceiling installation
- Modular kitchen design
- Furniture and woodwork
- Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry services
- CCTV installation, AC fitting, waterproofing, and more
The Platform acts solely as an aggregator and facilitator. We do not provide services directly.
2. Eligibility to Use
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
- You comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via the ITG HOMES LLP app or website.
Payments may be:
- Made directly to the Service Provider (offline or online)
- Processed through the ITG HOMES LLP payment gateway (if enabled)
Advance or milestone payments may be requested by vendors.
ITG HOMES LLP is not responsible for refunds, delays, or unsatisfactory work unless otherwise stated in

Platform service charges or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Responsibilities of Service Providers
All Service Providers listed on the Platform are independent contractors. They are solely responsible for:
- Material quality
- Work execution and timelines
- Safety and site management
ITG HOMES LLP does not supervise, guarantee, or certify vendor workmanship or behavior.
5. Responsibilities of Users
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking services
- Treat vendors respectfully and lawfully
- Not misuse the Platform or attempt fraudulent activities
- Not cancel appointments unreasonably after confirmation
Repeated cancellations, misuse, or misconduct may result in account suspension.
6. Disputes & Liability
ITG HOMES LLP is not liable for disputes, property damage, loss, or personal injury caused by third-party
vendors. However, we may assist in dispute resolution if reported within 72 hours of the service. Our liability
is strictly limited to the amount (if any) paid to us directly by you for the disputed service.
7. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow vendor-specific or platform-approved refund policies.
Partial work or material costs may be deducted from the refund.

8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend user/vendor accounts without notice for policy violations
- Restrict access to certain services or features
- Withhold platform support in the event of misuse or abuse
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ITG HOMES LLP Platform-including text, logos, images, designs, code, and branding-is the
intellectual property of ITG HOMES LLP and may not be reused, copied, or republished without written
permission.
10. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data. By using our Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which
outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
11. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services. Continued
use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
